Alyona leads projects through every stage of development — from acquisition to marketing — collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure exceptional results. 

With a background in research and consulting, Alyona left her corporate role in 2024 to pursue real estate full time — a journey that began years earlier as she balanced a 9-to-5 job with managing her first construction and renovation projects. Since then, she has built a strong track record of profitable ground-up developments, specializing in high-demand “entry-level high-end” townhomes and single-family homes in sought-after markets.

In addition to leading construction and brokerage efforts in Massachusetts, Alyona manages a growing portfolio of rental properties in Arizona, including rooming houses designed to offer both affordability and attractive returns. Always evolving, she is currently completing an interior design certification and will soon offer design services as a standalone offering — giving clients access to cohesive, stylish spaces with a touch of European sophistication.
